Administrative Assistant

At Discovery Financial Group (Regina office), Leona assists with documentation; client support and works directly with investment and insurance companies to ensure trades and client requests are handled efficiently.

Leona began her career in the financial services industry in 1985 as an administrative assistant with a leading insurance company. From 1996-2004, she worked as an administrative assistant for a local printing company and then re-entered the financial industry in 2005 to work again as an administrative assistant. Leona started out part time with Discovery Financial Group (Regina office) in 2005 and has been with DFG fulltime since 2008.

Outside of work, Leona will say her biggest enjoyment is spending time with family (especially her children & grandchildren) and friends.
